Cash-Based Physical Therapy
-
Evaluation: $150
Treatment: $75/per session
Timeline: 1 hour per session -
Cash-based physical therapy allows you to receive high-quality, one-on-one care without the limitations of insurance. Instead of being restricted by visit caps or preset treatment codes, you get personalized sessions built entirely around your needs and goals.
You pay directly for your appointment, and in return, you get longer visits, more focused attention, and treatment plans that prioritize what will actually help you feel better—not what insurance will approve.
It’s simple, transparent, and designed to get you better, faster.
-
This one-on-one service blends hands-on care with personalized movement training to help you feel and perform your best. Sessions may include massage, manual therapy, targeted exercises, self-mobilization techniques, and clear education on anatomy, posture, and proper movement.
The goal is simple: reduce pain, build resilience for everyday life, boost performance, and improve your overall mood and quality of life—without the limitations of insurance dictating your care.
Insurance-Based Physical Therapy
-
We accept: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, United Health Care, Humana Tricare, Aetna, Molina, and Med Mutual. We can work with Worker’s Comp as well.
-
You don’t have to choose between private, one-on-one care and using your insurance—I accept most major insurance plans and am actively becoming in-network with several providers.
While some plans may still be finalizing credentialing, you won’t be surprised by unexpected costs. Before your first visit, you’ll receive a clear breakdown of your coverage, copay, or any out-of-network details. If your plan is still being credentialed, any out-of-network cost difference will typically be waived until the contract is complete.
The important thing to know: you can use your insurance here, and I’ll make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. My goal is to remove barriers—not create them—so you can focus on your recovery, not paperwork.
-
Even within an insurance-based model, you’ll receive focused, one-on-one care designed to support your recovery and long-term health. Sessions may include a combination of manual therapy, guided exercises, mobility work, and clear education on posture, movement, and how your body functions—all tailored to your specific diagnosis or injury.
The goal is straightforward: help you reduce pain, restore strength, improve daily function, and return to the activities you care about. Your treatment plan follows evidence-based guidelines while still giving you attentive, personalized support every step of the way.
Insurance can help cover your care—but your care is still about you.

Sports medicine consulting brings expert injury prevention, performance guidance, and rehab support directly to teams, athletes, and schools. Instead of every athlete driving across town for therapy or advice, I come to you—providing on-site assessments, movement analysis, injury management, and sport-specific education.
This service is ideal for teams without an athletic trainer or onsite medical support, or for groups looking to elevate their performance through clinics, workshops, and skill-based training sessions. Pricing can be arranged through insurance when appropriate or structured as a group rate through the organization. Group pricing is flexible and scales based on the number of participants—making it more affordable per athlete while still covering preparation and professional time.
Whether it’s a pitching clinic, a full-team movement screen, or ongoing support throughout a season, this service gives athletes convenient access to a trusted, experienced PT who understands the demands of their sport.
-
With sports medicine consulting, athletes and teams receive hands-on, practical guidance tailored to their sport, skill level, and goals. Sessions may include injury prevention strategies, movement evaluations, mobility and strength recommendations, technique adjustments, return-to-play guidance, and sport-specific performance tips.
You can expect:
On-site care and assessments
Clear, actionable coaching athletes can implement immediately
Education on how to move safely and efficiently
Early identification of issues before they become injuries
Support that bridges the gap between coaching and medical care
Whether working with a handful of players or an entire team, the focus is always on keeping athletes healthy, confident, and performing at their highest level—right where they practice and compete.
In-Home Palliative Physical Therapy
-
Treatment: $75/hr
-
This service is designed for patients who are facing serious illness and deserve comfort, dignity, and support in the place they feel safest: home. Drawing from years of experience in cardiology, oncology, and end-of-life care, I offer physical therapy focused not on recovery, but on easing discomfort, improving quality of life, and supporting both the patient and their family through a difficult season.
I began providing this care when I saw firsthand how often families were left without clear guidance, honesty about prognosis, or practical help managing pain, positioning, mobility, and comfort. I was frequently called to help in challenging situations—when pain medication wasn’t enough, when a loved one couldn’t get comfortable, or when families needed someone calm, capable, and compassionate to walk them through what was happening.
This service is for the select few patients and families who need a supportive professional they can trust—someone who can carry part of the weight with them and help create peace, dignity, and comfort in the final stages of life.
-
In-home palliative PT focuses on comfort, ease, and support, not on achieving functional milestones. Each visit is personalized and may include:
Gentle mobility and positioning to relieve pain or pressure
Assistance with bed mobility, transfers, or safe movement when appropriate
Techniques to reduce discomfort and improve quality of life
Education and guidance for family members or caregivers
Practical solutions for maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort
Clear, compassionate communication about what’s happening and what may come next
You can expect a calm, respectful presence who understands this stage of care, honors the patient’s wishes, and provides both physical and emotional support. The goal is simple but meaningful: to bring comfort, relief, and understanding to patients and families when it matters most.
