  • Yes, we accept Anthem BCBS, Medicare, UHC, Humana Tricare, Aetna, Molina, and Med Mutual. We can work with Worker’s Comp as well.

  • No, we offer cash-based PT. This allows us to be transparent and upfront about costs.

  • No, Ohio is a Direct Access state and you can come see your PT first.  Your PT will send appropriate documents to your PCP after assessment. 

  • Absolutely,  You have the right to choose your PT and the PT order can follow you wherever you go.  Just bring it with you or pull it up on your MyChart and we can get started.
