10 Years of Multi-Specialty Experience | 1:1 Private Care | Born & Raised Locally
Honest, Compassionate Physical Therapy Rooted In Community
PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
My approach to physical therapy is simple: be honest, be transparent, and genuinely care for the person in front of me. Every patient deserves clear answers—about their condition, their options, and what it truly takes to get better. I don’t sugarcoat, and I don’t overpromise. I give you the truth, the plan, and the support to move forward with confidence.
I believe healing happens best in a calm, private environment where you feel safe, heard, and never rushed. That’s why I built a clinic that feels more like home than a medical facility—no crowded gyms, no juggling multiple patients, no noise or chaos. When you’re here, you have my full attention, my full expertise, and my full commitment.
Communication is at the center of everything I do. I make sure you understand what’s going on in your body, why it’s happening, and how we’re going to address it together. You’re not just following instructions—you’re learning, participating, and gaining tools that last long after your sessions end.
Most importantly, I lead by example. I share my own experiences, the lessons I’ve learned, and the realities of the healthcare world so you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from surgery, navigating cancer treatment, or facing the challenges of end-of-life care, my goal is to offer guidance that is compassionate, honest, and rooted in genuine respect for your journey.
No fluff. No distractions. Just individualized care that puts your well-being first—every single time.

ABOUT DOCTOR OF PT:
NICK HERRIN
I grew up right here in Beavercreek—graduating from Carroll High School and earning 11 varsity letters along the way. I spent years competing in football, baseball, track, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, skiing, golf, and weightlifting.
After a year of playing DIII football at Otterbein University, I transferred to Ohio State and helped start the OSU Club Football Team. As President, I led the team to a national #2 ranking, with two teammates eventually walking on to the 2011 national championship roster. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology before returning home to UD for my Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Throughout PT school, I worked on research with NCAA D1 volleyball and basketball athletes, MLB players, and NBA players, all while coaching junior high football.
My roots are here, my family is here, and serving this community has always been my goal.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
My career has taken me through nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and a major hospital system in Dayton, giving me a broad and grounded medical background.
As the Team Lead for Cardiology & Oncology rehab, I trained staff during the pandemic, launched the bariatric bundle committee to improve care for bariatric patients, and worked closely with surgeons who trusted me to guide complex open-heart recovery.
I was also the person called during the hardest moments—when families needed blunt honesty, when pain management wasn’t enough, or when a patient was nearing the end of life. Providing comfort, education, and dignity in those moments changed me as a clinician and as a person.
